Our Policies

Jefferson Square Apartments provides luxury, fully-furnished, one or two-bedroom spacious apartments in a safe, clean, comfortable environment. Every guest reservation is important to us.  Please read through our policies so that every guest may have an enjoyable stay.

Deposit
A security deposit of $500.00 is required on all rentals and is returned with a 30-day notice of ending your stay.

Cancellations
Cancellations within two weeks of scheduled arrival will result in a $300.00 charge.

No Smoking
Absolutely No Smoking inside; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

Pets
No Pets allowed.
